JOB DESCRIPTION

Iris Hotel Group spans multiple, well known, large turnover venues within the Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, with a variety of dining and entertainment offerings.

Hotel Steyne are looking for trained and experienced barista to join the Steyne family ahead of what will be a killer summer! 

Duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Cash handling/eftpos service
  • Adjusting grind and pours under the direction of the head barista
  • And making killer coffee!!

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Barista

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
  • Lots of shifts going
  • Uniform provided
